  FRANK D. LOWSTUTER
  
    Frank D. Lowstuter, 48, of Elk-Lick Township, died April 3, 1981. 
  He was born May 4, 1932, in Erie, the son of the late Lawrence and
  Zanie Nicoletta Lowstuter.
    He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Frankie Boarts, Rural Valley; a
  brother Donald Lowstuter, New York, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.
    Funeral arrangements were in charge of Thomas Funeral Home,
  Salisbury.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
