  Mabel E. (Rotruck) Lucas, 89, East Fourth Street, Gray, died May 29, 2006, at Select
  Specialty Hospital. Born Feb. 20, 1917, in Garrett County, Md., daughter of Scott and
  Lacey (Murphy) Rotruck. Preceded in death by parents and a sister, Twila Moreland.
  Survived by husband of 73 years, James T. Lucas; son, Atwood ÒWoodyÓ Lucas, married to
  Helen Deist, Gray; grandsons, Timothy Lucas, married to Beverly Schech, Berlin, and J.
  Scott Lucas, married to Sharon Quesada, The Plains, Va.; great-grand-daughters, Amy and
  Holly Lucas; and sisters, Mary Bacorn and Ruth Agnew, both of Keyser, W.Va. Retired
  employee of the former J.J. Newberry Co., Somerset, and the Gray post office. Member of
  the Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Jennerstown. Viewing from 10 a.m. until time of
  service at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Allegheny
  Street, Boswell. The Rev. Gary W. Anderson officiating. Interment, Christ Casebeer
  Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Laurel Hill Gospel
  Tabernacle or Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church.
