  LUCAS
  
  Pete Lucas, 59, of Friedens RD 2, died Aug 29, 1990, at Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  He was born Dec. 22, 1930, in Shade Township,
  son of Andrew and Elizabeth (Hornick) Lucas.  Preceded in death by
  parents; brothers: Joseph, George, John, Michael and Andrew Jr.; and
  sister, Mary Spangler.  He was a brother of Paul and William, both of
  Johnstown; Mrs. Glenn (Anna) Snyder and James Sr., both of Friedens RD
  2; Mrs. Lloyd (Helen) Stiles of Knox; Elizabeth Fote of New Jersey;
  and numerous nieces and nephews.  He attended St. Peter's Catholic
  Church, Somerset, and was an Army veteran of Korean war.  Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with
  Msgr. Samuel J. Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
