She is survived by her husband, Thomas Lynch, several daughters and a son; also by one sister, Miss Ida Lockard of Westminster, Md., who occasionally spends her summer vacation here in Meyersdale. Mrs. Lynch was the youngest of the Lockard daughters who spent their childhood in Meyersdale, the family living in what is known as the Keystone house on Salisbury Street. Mr. Lockard was associated in the shoe business with the late John C. Hostetler during the time the Lockards lived in Meyersdale. Meyersdale Republican, April 23, 1942
