  James William Lynn, 75, Somerset died July 11, 1999 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Nov. 21, 1923 in Tiltonville, Ohio, son of Thomas and
  Minnie (Wattenshade) Lynn Sr.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived
  by wife, the former Milly Lou Rice to whom he was married 50 years,
  and these children: David W. Lynn, married to the former Jill Newill
  of Somerset and Mrs. Robert E. (Cindy) Decker, Garrett; also two
  granddaughters, Lacey Lynn Murray and Joeze Ann Lynn.  Brother of
  Mrs. Valentine (Elsie) Zinni of Rayland, Ohio and Thomas Lynn of
  Rayland, Ohio.  A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, serving in the
  Pacific Theatre.  Retired heavy equipment operator, and member of
  Local 66 Operating Engineers of Monroeville, and American Legion. 
  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 10
  a.m. Tuesday, Rev. Roger L. Forry officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.
