  LYONS
  
  Mary C. (Welsh) Lyons, 86, of Dover, Del., formerly of Somerset, died
  Dec. 18, 2002 in Dover, Del.  Born in Somerset, daughter of the late
  Charles and Mary Kerney Welsh.  Besides her parents, she was preceded
  in death by her husband, John T. Lyons, in 1991.  Survived by brother,
  Charles Welsh of Metuchen, N.J.; sisters, Margaret A. Lutz of Brick,
  N.J., and Jean A. Neiderheiser of Ligonier; and cousin, Richard Welsh
  of Downingtown.  A graduate of Somerset High School.  She had served
  with the U.S. Civil Service as a Supervisor of Supply Management
  Reps. at Dover Air Force Base, Dover, Del., retiring in 1973.  Mass
  of Christian burial will be offered at 9 a.m. Monday at Holy Cross
  Church, So. State St., Dover, Del.  Burial will be in the Delaware
  Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, Del.
