  LYTLE
  
    Ronald E. Lytle, 70, of Confluence, died Dec. 22, 1998, at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born Dec. 19, 1928, in Confluence, a son
  of the late Theodore R. and Sylvia (Morrison) Lytle.  In addition to
  parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin; sister,
  Shirley Morrison, and two infant brothers.  Survived by wife, Louise
  (Bower) Lytle, and four children:  Patricia, Ronald Jr. and Douglas,
  all of Confluence, and Susan of Berlin; 12 grandchildren, 6
  great-grandchildren and sister, Edith Colflesh of Confluence.  Also
  nieces and nephews.  He was a veteran of U.S. Navy.  Member of
  Confluence United Methodist Church.  Retired from Western Maryland
  Railroad after 35 years employment.  Friends will be received from 10
  a.m. to 7 p.m. today (Thursday) at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence,
  and from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, the hour of service, Rev.
  John Snyder officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetery.  Family
  suggests memorial contributions to the Confluence United Methodist
  Church or the Confluence Volunteer Fire Department.
