    Hugh J. Madden, 84, Addison, died in Meyersdale Community Hospital
  Sept. 26.  Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Aug. 7, 1890, he was a son of the
  late James and Elizabeth McGinty Madden.
    Survivors are a number of nieces and nephews.  Friends were
  received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville.
    Services were Saturday, 11 a.m., from St. Stephen's Catholic
  Church, Grantsville, Fr. Kenny Cox officiating.  Interment Addison
  Cemetery.
