Madura, Joseph

  His heart pierced twice by a coal pick, wielded by a fellow miner in a fight, 
Joseph Madura, 25 years old, died instantly on a string of empty cars at No. 35 
mine, of the Berwind-White Coal Company, near Windber, Thursday night. The 
murderer, an Italian, disarmed by a brother of the slain miner, escaped to the 
woods.
