    Geraldine V. Magruder, 68, of 83 1/2 Ashfield Street, died Tuesday,
  April 15, 1986 in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Born in Kitzmiller, Md., she was a daughter of Essie (Warnick)
  Poland, a resident of the Dennett Road Nursing Home, Oakland, Md. and
  the late Mr. Poland.  Her husband, Frederick Magruder, died in 1957.
    She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Piedmont, W.
  Va.
    Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Martha Shingler, Westernport,
  Md.; two brothers, Cowan Kennerly, Lonaconing, Md.; Milton Warnick of
  England; three sisters, Mrs. Nancy Junkins, Deer Park, Md.; Mrs. Susan
  Riggs, Grantsville, Md.; Mrs. Janice Schroeder, Spokane, Wash.; five
  grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
    Arrangements are in charge of the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport,
  Md.
