  David Fleming Maize Sr., 65, Stoystown, died Feb. 25, 2005, at Nason Hospital,
  Roaring Springs. Born Sept. 21, 1939, in Du Bois a son of Clyde Henry and Adele
  Louise (Good) Maize. Preceded in death by parents; and wife, the former Donna
  Mae Berkebile, who died June 9, 2000. Survived by children, Ms. Royce Ann Boyd,
  Bedford; Dr. David F. Maize Jr., Forty Four. A brother of C. Richard Maize,
  married to the former Ann Mock, Somerset. A member of Grace Lutheran Church; a
  1958 graduate of Somerset High School, 1962 graduate of Penn State with a
  bachelor of science in health and human development; and received his master's
  in physical education from West Virginia University. He worked as a physical
  education teacher for Somerset High School as well as head coach for both the
  Somerset Golden Eagles football team and Somerset track. He retired in 1994
  with 27 years of service. Also a member of Lodge 358 F&AM. No viewing or
  visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset. The Rev. Charles F. Olson officiating.
