  MAKAY
  
    Michael "Mike" Makay, 57, of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Boswell, died
  Nov. 22, 1996, in Arizona.  Born June 15, 1939, in Hooversville.  Son
  of Joseph and Mary (Matse) Makay.  Preceded in death by parents and
  sister, Shirley Miller.  Survived by wife, the former Shirley Haines,
  Somerset; daughters, Patricia Makay, Mesa, Ariz., and Cindy, wife of
  Jeff Barndt, Somerset, and grandsons: Michael, Bradley, Matthew,
  James and Zachary.  Brother of Joseph, married to Helen Wiencek,
  Boswell, and Steve, married to Ruth Snyder, Garrett.  Friends will be
  received from 1:30 p.m. until time of memorial service at 2 p.m.
  Saturday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, the Rev.
  C.J. Ickes officiating.  Interment, Jenner Cross Roads Cemetery at
  the convenience of the family.
