Maloney, 87, of Goose Creek, S.C., died Tuesday, March 17, 1998, at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home in Moncks Corner, S.C. Born and raised in Somerset, Pa., she was a former 40 year old resident of Bristol Township, then moved to Willingboro, N.J., until moving to South Carolina in August of 1997. A former member of St. Michael the Archangel RC Church, she was also a member of the John Billington VFW 6495 Ladies Auxiliary and the Eddington VFW 9220 Ladies Auxiliary. Daughter of the late Noah and Susan Fritz Keyser, she was the wife of the late Jerome Maloney and mother of the late Thomas Maloney. Mrs. Maloney is survived by two daughters: Nancy, married to Carl Young, with whom she resided, and Jean, married to Albert Ernst, of Casselberry, Fla.; two sons, Clifford, married to Josephine, Maloney of Holland and Denis, married to Mary Louise, Maloney of Athens, Tenn. Also surviving are 25 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, and one brother, Elsworth Keyser of Independence, Ohio. Her funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Beck-Givnish Funeral Home of Lower Bucks, 7400 New Falls Rd., Levittown, Pa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 12:15 p.m. in St. Michael the Archangel RC Church. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem. Relatives and friends may call Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Daily American, March 20, 1998 [M0071]
