  MANGIN
  
  Kevin Mangin, 68, of Somerset, died Jan. 23, 2002, at his
  residence.  Born Aug. 7, 1933, in New York, he is the son of the late
  William Clifford and Lillian (Hayes) Mangin.  Survived by his wife,
  the former Anne Rubin, daughter, Lillian Shaffer of Somerset, two
  granddaughters and two sisters.  Funeral services will be held Friday
  at 2:30 p.m. in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home with Monsignor
  Samuel J. Tomaselli and Deacon Fred Weaver celebrants.  Interment
  private.  Contributions may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
