Born Sept. 22, 1895, in Pescara, Italy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian Mangne. Preceded in death by wife, the former Annie Ingrodi; and one son. Survived by three children: Arthur of Somerset; Josephine, wife of David Emert, Somerset; and Mary, wife of William Martz, Somerset RD 7; also survived by three grandchildren: Tom Mangne, Somerset; Jerry Martz, Somerset; and Barbara Sheehan, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas; one great-granddaughter, Jennifer Sheehan; one sister, Laurina Antinori, Somerset. Member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church and Holy Name Society. Retired Somerset contractor after working 25 years. Built St. Peter's Church and the State Employment Office on West Main Street. Friends will be received after 3 p.m. today (Saturday) in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where wake service will be conducted Sunday at 8 p.m. Funeral mass at 10 a.m. Monday, St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, the Rev. Father Samuel Tomaselli officiating.
