Mankamyer, 74, of Youngstown, Ohio, died Feb. 19, 1973, in Northside Hospital there. Born Sept. 4, 1898, on Meyersdale RD, he was a son of the late Christian and Martha (Murray) Mankamyer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie, in 1967, and a son, Manford, killed in World War II. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth E. Rogers, Youngstown; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was a brother of Mrs. Lester (Viola) Petenbrink, Orlando, Fla.; Mrs. Leora Wright, Everett; Mrs. Larry (Florence) Rochow, Bedford; Mrs. Louis (Naomi) Shockey, Meyersdale; Mrs. James Conroy, Elyria, Ohio; Elmer Mankamyer, Cumberland; and W. C. (Bud) Mankamyer, of Tampa, Fla. He was a member of United Methodist Church of Husband. Funeral Service was held Saturday afternoon in Wilber D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, with the Rev. J.
