VIOLA J. MANKAMYER

  Mrs. Viola (Johnson) Mankamyer, 72, 307 Front St., died Saturday morning, Nov. 
2, at her home.  She was born Aug. 21, 1874, near Meyersdale, a daughter of 
Emanuel and Caroline (Dickey) Johnson.  She was the widow of Henry Mankamyer, 
who died about 15 years ago.
  Surviving are a son, Lester M. Mankamyer, Meyersdale, and three daughters: 
Mrs. Vincent Beaver, Akron, O.; Miss Edna P. Mankamyer, at home, and Mrs. Norman 
Forespring, Meyersdale.
  Funeral services were held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at her home.  Rev. H. F. 
Gotjen, Meyersdale Methodist pastor, officiated.  Burial was made in Union 
Cemetery under the direction of the Price & Son Funeral Home.
