    MANKAMYER
  
    Sylva S. Mankamyers, 91, Garrett, died March 17, 2001, at Patriot
  manor, Somerset.  Born Feb. 13, 1910 in Larimer Twp., a daughter of
  the late John and Amanda Kendall.  Also preceded in death by her
  husband, Rev. Raymond Mankamyer in 1981, son, Fred and daughter
  Nancy, also 3 brothers and 7 sisters.  Survived by 10 children:
  Freda, wife of Charles Aurndt; Donald, married to Joan Walker; David,
  married to Nancy Sisler; Harvey, married to Janet Shumaker; Judy, wife
  of Emerson Dunmeyer; Doyal, married to Ruthie Gindlesperger; Dale,
  married to Nancy Dickson; clay, married to Mary Alice Jackson; Rose
  wife of Ronald Arnold; and Lynn, married to Mary Ann Raupach; also 27
  grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild;
  and numerous nieces and nephews.  A member of the Beachdale Church of
  the Brethren.  She was the last surviving member of her immediate
  family.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time
  of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Beachdale Church of the Brethren
  with the Rev. Larry Lack officiating.  Interment, St. John's Temple
  Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be given to "In Touch"
  Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Suite 111, Somerset, Pa., 15501, or to
  the Beachdale Church of the Brethren Building Fund, 803 Owl Hollow
  Rd., Berlin, Pa., 15530.
