"Scotty" Mansfield, 63, of Johnstown RD 3, died Dec. 4, 1979, at Lee Hospital Johnstown. Born June 21, 1916 in Johnstown, son of Clyde S. and Jessie (Cooper) Mansfield. Preceded in death by parents and stepmother. Survived by widow, the former Bernice Devoll; one daughter, Mrs. Beverly Onder of Bonita, Calif.; and two stepchildren: Mrs. Doris Johnson of Johnstown and Ralph Edman, Masland, Ohio; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Alice Gollar of Johnstown and Mrs. Louise Cook, Glendale, Ariz. Retired business agent of Local No. 4, Bricklayers Allied Crafts. Member of First Presbyterian Church, Johnstown; Cambria Lodge 278, F and AM Jaffa Temple, Johnstown, Area Shrine Club, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Cambria Council 32, R and SM; Oriental Commandry No. 61 Knights Templar; Portage Royal Arch, Chapter 195, Johnstown Lodge 175 BPOE, Johnstown Moose and Johnstown Eagles. Trustee of Western Pennsylvania Bricklayers and Masons Welfare Fund and a member of the advisory board of Johnstown Area Vo-Tech School. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 15 Central Ave., Johnstown, where services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, the Rev.
