    Mabel K. Marsh, 85, Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, formerly of
  Hooversville and Boswell RD 3, died April 10, 1990, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born May 5, 1904, in Windber.  Daughter of William and Eva
  (Troxel) Dobbins.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Walter C.
  "Ham," who died April 10, 1987; son-in-law, Richard H. "Sonny"
  Williams, died Jan. 18, 1986; sisters, Alma Hollern, Lois Orris and
  Evelyn Shortt; brothers, George and Chester.  Survived by daughter,
  Charlotte Williams, Stoystown RD 1; grandsons, Rodney Baldwin,
  married to former Alice Fell, Hollsopple RD 3, and Michael Williams,
  Stoystown RD 1; great-grandchildren, Angela Horner, Vanessa Grady and
  Matthew Baldwin; great-great-grandchildren, Christopher Horner and
  Tyler Grady.  Sister of Marie Smith, Houston, Texas.  Member of
  Hooversville Church of the Brethren.  Friends received from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Rev. Harry W.
  Bassett officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
