MARSHALL - A lad named Wm. Shaffer shot and killed another lad named 
James Marshall, near Somerset, on Wednesday week.  Shaffer is now in 
jail, but declares that the shooting was occasioned by the accidental 
discharge of a revolver in  his hands.
