  MARTEENY
  
  Miss Gertrude M. Marteeny, 94, of East Sanner Street, Somerset, died
  Nov. 1, 1976, in Somerset Community Hospital.  She was born Sept. 28,
  1882, in Somerset County the daughter of the late David and Mary
  (Metzler) Marteeny.  Preceded in death by two brothers.  Survived by
  a niece and a number of cousins.  Member of First United Methodist
  Church, Somerset.  She had been a seamstress in Somerset since
  1910.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Tuesday (today) in the
  Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be conducted
  Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. John Cox officiating. 
  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
