  CAROLINA MARTIN
  
    Carolina Mary Martin, 86, of 421 Independence Street, died Jan. 14,
  1988 at Allegany County Nursing Home. 
    Born in Bean's Cove, May 24, 1901, she was a daughter of the late
  Hilary and Mary (McElfish) Donahoe.
    She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Sodality
  of the church.
    Surviving are her husband, Grover E. Martin; three sons, Grover V.
  Martin; Harold E. Martin, both of Cumberland, Md.; and Robert D.
  Martin, Rockville, Md.; two sisters: Mrs. Mary Michaels, Cumberland,
  Md.; and Mrs. Barbara Jackson, Sweet Springs, W.Va.; a brother,
  George Donahoe, Boynton; and five grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Leasure-Stein Funeral Home.
