  MARTIN
  
  Evelyn S. Martin, 72, of North Center Ave., Somerset, died Oct. 18,
  1981, at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born April 23, 1909, in Black
  Township, daughter of the late Martin Austin and Lydia (Phillippi)
  Snyder.  Preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. 
  Survived by husband, Joseph W. Martin of Somerset; and daughter,
  Jolene A. Martin of Langhorne.  Member of First United Methodist
  Church, Somerset.  Friends will be received at the Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home from 7-9:30 p.m. Monday, and Tuesday until 1 p.m., when
  her remains will be removed to the First United Methodist Church,
  Somerset, to lie in state until time of funeral services at 2 p.m.,
  with the Rev. John Cox officiating.  Interment Husband Cemetery. 
  Business and Professional Womens Club will conduct memorial service
  at the funeral home Monday evening at 7:30.
