    Frances Ruth (Walker) Martin, 99, Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Boswell, died June 18,
  2007, at Health Park Hospital, South Fort Myers, Fla. Born Oct. 2, 1907, in Somerset
  County, the daughter of John J. and Lucy Ann (Tressler) Walker. Preceded in death by
  parents; husband, John F. Martin; daughter, Dorothy J. Ober; sisters, Gladys Lape, Jennie
  Clemons and Velma Sharkey; and brothers Harry, James and Thomas Walker. Survived by
  son-in-law, Eugene E. Ober, Fort Myers, originally from Johnstown; twin grandchildren,
  Craig A. Ober, married to former Holly Black, Trophy Club, Texas; and Cynthia, married to
  Bruce Ravel, Mendham, N.J.; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Bethany and Bryce Ober and
  Natalie and Matthew Ravel; sister-in-law, Betty Walker, Somerset, formerly of Boswell;
  nieces, Kathleen Supanick and Dolores Sharkey; nephew, Bill Walker; and numerous great-
  nieces, and great-nephews. Graduate of former Boswell High School. Formerly employed by
  several businesses in the Boswell area. Past member of Covenant Presbyterian Church,
  Boswell. Friends and family are invited to a graveside service 1 p.m. Friday, July 6,
  2007, at the Somerset County Memorial Park, Somerset. The Rev. Dr. R. Bruce Maxwell,
  officiating. In lieu of flowers donations in Ruth's memory may be given to The Salvation
  Army. Arrangements by the Hoffman Funeral Homes, Boswell.
