    Robert M. Martin Sr., 81, Old Forbes Road, Stoystown died May 13,
  1999, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Jan. 26, 1918, in Boswell.  Son of
  William and Mattie (Price) Martin.  Preceded in death by parents and
  several brothers and sisters.  Survived by his wife, the former
  Theresa Baker; children: Kathy married to David Custer, Kantner;
  Robert Jr., married to the former Connie Trent of Friedens; Patricia,
  married to Terry Butler, Somerset, and William of Stoystown. 
  Grandchildren: Stephanie, Marcia and Anthony Custer; Heather Butler,
  and Jason, Mattie, and Kelsey Martin.  Retired from 3 S Coal Co.,
  Stoystown.  Private service at the convenience of the family. 
  Interment, Jenner Cross Roads Cemetery.  Arrangements by Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown.
