  MARTZ
  
  Mrs. Laura V. Martz, 86, Meyersdale, died Sept. 26, 1987, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 23, 1901, in Meyersdale, a
  daughter of the late John and Ellen (Bittner) Swearman.  Preceded in
  death by husband, James, in 1966, and a son, Jimmy.  Survived by two
  daughters: Leda, wife of Robert Schradel, and Mrs. Edna Younkin, both
  of Meyersdale; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and two
  great-great-grandchildren; also a sister, Mrs. Helen Wagner of
  Meyersdale.  Member of Zion Lutheran Church and Meyersdale Senior
  Citizens.  Friends will be received in Leckemby Funeral Home, Monday
  7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be Wednesday
  11 a.m. with the Rev. Lloyd Wilson.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
