  SALLIE E. MARTZ
  
    Sallie E. Martz, 81, of 701 Diamond St., Berlin, died June 11, 1980
  at home.
    She was born Feb. 6, 1899 in Jenner Township, a daughter of Daniel
  and Seville (Saylor) Gnagey.  She was preceded in death by her
  parents, two sisters and two brothers.
    She is survived by her husband, Elmer L.; three daughters, Mrs. Ray
  (Hilda) Fink of Somerset; Mrs. William (Bette) Firl, Meyersdale; and
  Mrs. Richard (Anna Bertha) Adams, Somerset; also a step-son, Kenneth
  E. Martz, North Canton, Ohio; eight grandchildren and four
  great-grandchildren.  A sister of Quinter Gnagey and Dillon Gnagey,
  both of Meyersdale; Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Lichty, Meyersdale; and Mrs.
  Arthur (Addie) Davis, Berlin.
    She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, the LCW, and the
  Adult Sunday School Class.
    Friends were received at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin,
  where services were held with the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson
  officiating.  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  In lieu of
  flowers, memorials to the Heart Association of the Holy Trinity
  Lutheran Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
