  MRS. ALFRED B. MASON
  
    Mrs. Effie J. Mason, 89, of 12507 Wright Street, Bowling Green,
  Md., died March 20, 1979 in Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Born in Grantsville, Md., she was a daughter of the late Daniel
  Baker and Lydia (Kemp) Baker.  Her husband, Alfred B. Mason, preceded
  her in death.
    She was a member of Living Stone Church of the Brethren.
    Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dareen Glass, Bowling Green;
  Mrs. Ruth Tagliaferre, Aliquippa, Pa.; Miss Beulah Mason, with whom
  she resided; a son, Hugh B. Mason, Norfolk, Va.; 12 grandchildren; 18
  great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
    Friends were received at the George Funeral Home.
