MASTERS Dr. George B. Masters, died at his home at Macdonaldton, this (Thursday) morning after an illness of several days. He was taken ill on Monday morning with an attack of "flu," which developed into pneumonia and terminated fatally this morning. He was aged 74 years. Dr. Masters was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Emanuel Masters, old residents of Berlin, who preceded him in death many years ago. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Amanda Garman, of Berlin, and one son, Frederick G. Masters, who is an instructor in chemistry in one of the high schools in Pittsburgh. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Theodore Floto and Mrs. Ella Walker. Dr. Masters was a resident physician of Macdonaldton for fifteen years. Funeral services will be held at his late home on Saturday at 3 o'clock p.m. Interment will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Berlin. Meyersdale Republican, April 10, 1930
