  CHARLOTTE LOUISE GUY-MATHEWS
  
    Charlotte Louise Guy-Mathews, 85, of Houston, Texas, died March 17,
  2000, at Memorial City General Hospital, Houston.  Born Jan. 15, 1915,
  in Bowling Green, Ky.  Daughter of Marvin R. and Bessie Louise (Pash)
  Cole.  Preceded in death by parents and husband, James Woodrow "Duke"
  Mathews, who died Dec. 1, 1975.  Survived by son, Samuel C. Guy,
  Houston; stepchildren, James W. Mathews Jr., Seattle, Wash., and Mrs.
  Julia Trelease, Chicago, Ill.; grandchildren, Lisa Gallagher, Atlanta,
  Ga., and Rachel Guy, Houston; and step-grandchildren, Justin and
  Charity Trelease, Chicago.  Former member of St. Paul's Presbyterian
  Church.  Memorial service will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Friday at
  Somerset County Memorial Park, Somerset, with the Rev. Keith M. Fink
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. 
  Contributions in her name may be made to the charity of your
  choice.  Arrangements by Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.
