  ELSIE LUCILLE MATTHEWS
  
  Elsie Lucille Matthews, 85, of Pittsburgh, died May 8, 1975 in the
  John J. Kane Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born March 26, 1890, in Kingwood,
  W.Va., a daughter of Raymond and Mattie Belle (Martin) Liston. 
  Preceded in death by her husband Thaddeus; a daughter Maxine; and two
  sons, Frank and Carl.  Survived by these children: Oma Kesler of Ocla,
  Fla.; Mildred Hall of Bethel Park; Agnes Knight of Confluence; John of
  Pittsburgh; Madeline Menozzi and Donald, both of Clairton; 18
  grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jim Liston of
  Kingwood, W.Va. and Darrell Liston of Morgantown, W.Va.; and two
  sisters, Opal Shaffer of Parsons, W.Va. and Minta Ringer of St.
  Petersburg, Fla.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Saturday at
  the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be held
  Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Lgene [sic] Bonnell officiating. 
  Interment, Silbaugh Cemetery.
