  WILLIAM D. MAUL
  
    William D. Maul, 50, of Berlin, died June 19, 1973, in Shadyside
  Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born in Bakersville, Nov. 7, 1922, he was a
  son of the late William and Nancy (Cramer) Maul.  He was preceded in
  death by his parents, four brothers and a sister.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Delores Ferner, and a son,
  William David, of Somerset, a brother, Daniel of Tyrone; and two
  sisters, Mrs. Carl (Hazel) Manges, Pittsburgh; and Mrs. Earl
  (Dorothy) Bowlin of Sharon.
    A navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of VFW and of
  Berlin United Church of Christ.
    Funeral service was held Friday afternoon in Johnson and Son
  Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating. 
  Interment in Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
