    Mary Jane Maurer, 86, Friedens, died Aug. 7, 2007, at the residence of her grand-
  daughter in Berlin. Born March 16, 1921, in Milford Township, a daughter of Charles
  Harrison and Lucy Mae (Pyle) Pyle. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Albert Wilson
  Maurer, who died April 30, 1999; daughter, Wilma Ruth Adams; sons, Albert W. Maurer Jr.
  and James Maurer; an infant daughter; sister, Rebecca Long; and brother, Clyde Pyle.
  Survived by son, Richard E. Maurer, Friedens; six grandchildren, Ruth Fiscus and husband,
  Peter, Murrysville; Donna Spear and husband, David, Berlin; David Adams and wife, Ginny,
  U.S. Air Force stationed in Belgium; John, Patsy and Sandra, children of Albert Jr.; and
  10 great-grandchildren. Sister of Dalton Pyle, New Centerville; half brother, Paul Pyle,
  Rockwood; half sister, Emma Jean Armstrong, Rockwood. Attended Listie Grace Brethren
  Church. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Ronzil
  L. Jarvis officiating. Interment Samuel's Cemetery. Contributions may be made to "In
