Maust, 74, of Salisbury died Friday in the Meyersdale Community Hospital. He was born April 25, 1899 in Salisbury, son of the late Harvey and Jennie (Stanton) Maust. Survived by his wife Marian (Groff) Maust, two daughters Mrs. Elizabeth Glotfelty, Salisbury and Mrs. Patricia Dennis, Pittsburgh. One sister, Mrs. Florence Livengood, Salisbury and three grandchildren. He was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ, a veteran of World War One, a life member of the Salisbury American Legion, a charter member of the Salisbury Lions Club, a member of the Meyersdale Lodge 554 F and AM, Harrisburg consistery and Jaffa Shrine, Altoona. Also a member of BPOE 1951 Meyersdale and a member of the Salisbury-Elk Lick school authority. Friends are being received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury where services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ernest N. Rumbaugh officiating.
