Born March 14, 1920, in Springs, son of the late Norman S. and Mayme (Kimmel) Maust. Also preceded in death by three brothers, Herbert, Paul and Clifford Maust and two sisters, Alma Maust and Elta Swartzentruber. Survived by brother, John Maust, Fort Hill, and sister, Freda Maust, Springs, and a number of nieces and nephews. Member of Springs Mennonite Church. Retired janitor for Miller Machine Works and Springs School. He was also and avid reader, a Bible student and had a keen memory. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., Grantsville, Md. Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Springs Mennonite Church with the Rev. Steven Heatwole officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment, Springs Cemetery.
