  FRED MAUST
  
    Fred Homer Maust of Springs, 79, died at his home March 18, 1977. 
  He was born August 5, 1897 in Springs, the son of Simon L. Maust and
  Savilla (Folk) Maust.  He was the last surviving member of that
  family.
    He is survived by his wife, Verna (King) Maust and one daughter,
  Mrs. Markle (Mayo) Shoemaker; one grandson, Dennis.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; four bothers: Edward,
  Elmer, Norman and Harry; and two sisters: Minnie, who died in infancy
  and Mrs. Stewart (Orpha) Rodamer.
    He was a member of the Springs Mennonite Church.
    Funeral services were held at the church with Rev. John Kraybill
  and Rev. Earl Yoder officiating. Arrangements were in charge of
  Newman Funeral Homes. 
    Interment, Springs Cemetery.
