He had been a patient at Goodwill Mennonite Home, Grantsville, Md. Born May 10, 1910, in Springs, a son of the late Simon and Elizabeth (Otto) Maust. Preceded in death by one son, Denton and one Brother, Floyd. Survived by his wife of 66 years, Beulah E. (Tressler) Maust; one son, Edward Maust, Springs; one daughter, Sherry Murray Salisbury; two sisters, Ruth Hollada, Cleveland, Ohio, and Lucille Detrick, Springs; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Member of Springs Mennonite Church and retired from Otto Brick and Tile after 55 years as a brickmaker. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, Md. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Springs Mennonite Church with the Rev. Steven Heatwole officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the services.
