  VERNA E. MAUST
  
    Verna E. Maust, 84, Springs, died Oct. 13, 1981.
    She was born in Springs, and was a daughter of the late Joseph P.
  King and Lucy (Newman) King.  Her husband, Homer Maust, died in 1977.
    She was a member of Springs Mennonite Church.
    She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mayo Shoemaker, Springs; a
  grandson, Dennis Shoemaker, Augusta, W.Va., and two
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home.
    Services were conducted in Springs Mennonite Church with the Rev.
  Walter Otto officiating.  Interment was in Springs Cemetery.
