Maust, 93, Patriot Manor, formerly of Sheepridge Drive, Somerset, died March 18, 2000 at Somerset Hospital. Born May 15, 1906 in Mt. Davis, son of Leonard and Nora Mae (Sell) Maust. Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Grace Keefer; brothers, Cecil, Delmer, Gordon, Warren, Harrold, Melvin; and sisters, Avis McGaha, Ferne Smith, Geneva Minnick. Survived by these children: Wilbur, married to the former Fern Walker of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, Darlene, married to Marlin Crise, and Peggy, married to Russel Lambert, both of Somerset; grandchildren: Tammy, Mark, David, Brian, Travis, and Jennifer; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers Theodore Maust of Meyersdale and Grover Maust of Phoenix, Ariz. Worked at various local farms and for Poorbaugh Lumber Co. and Glessner Mines. Member of the Pike Run Church of the Brethren. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Jay L.
