Earl May, 92, Boynton, died Sept. 7, 1987, at Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born Aug. 1, 1895, in Bedford County, son of the late Daniel and Annie (Mull) May. Preceded in death by his wife, the former Veda C. Holler. Survived by three daughters: Mrs. Arretta Hook, Englewood, Fla.; Mrs. Vondegale Brown, Salisbury; and Mrs. Neva Lishia, Berlin; two sons: Troy F., Boynton; and Earl Jr., Chesapeake, Va.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great=granddaughter. Retired construction foreman. Member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Salisbury. Member of Carpenters Union, Local 1024, Cumberland, and Laborers Union Local 910, Johnstown. Friends will be received Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where funeral services will be held Friday 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mark J.
