  MAY
  
    Margaret M. May, 86, of Salisbury, died Oct. 28, 1978 in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born June 9, 1892 in Elk-Lick Township, a
  daughter of the late George P. and Ida (Staub) Walker.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, John O. May; and one son, John George May. 
  Survived by four children: James B. May of Louisville, Ky.; Miss
  Evelyn May of Cresaptown, Md.; Mrs. Ida Belle Harding of Salisbury;
  and Mrs. Dorothea Leslie of Greenbelt, Md.; also seven grandchildren
  and three great-grandchildren.  She was a member of the Methodist
  Church of Salisbury, a charter member of the Queen Esther Bible
  Class, and a member of the Salisbury Firemen's Auxiliary.  Friends
  are being received at the Thomas Funeral Home in Salisbury where
  services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Timothy M.
  Storms officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
