  SILAS A. MAY
  
    Silas A. May, 69, of Connellsville RD 2, was dead on arrival at
  Connellsville State General Hospital, Tuesday morning, Oct. 16,
  1973.  Born Dec. 15, 1903, in Markleton, he was a son of the late
  Levi S. and Jennie (Cook) May.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Viola Frazee Roupe; a step-son,
  Charles W. Roupe of Granada Hills, Calif.; two step-grandchildren;
  and two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Hann of Connellsville, and Mrs. Hannah
  Conn, Markleton.
    Friends were received at Samuel C. Brooks Funeral Home, 111 E.
  Green St., Connellsville, where funeral service was held at 1 p.m.,
  Oct. 19 with Rev. Edward Bowser officiating.  Interment in Green
  Ridge Memorial Park.
