May, 73, of Markleton, died March 26, 1990, in Somerset Hospital. He was born March 1, 1917, in Casselman, the son of the late Charles and Jennie (Ohler) May. Survived by his wife, Leora (Hinzy) May, Markleton; one son, David, Markleton; one daughter, Mrs. William (Sally) Trimpey, also of Markelton; by one sister, Ethel Spiker, Markleton RD 1; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Death terminates a marriage union of 48 years. Preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, three sisters and an infant son. He retired from the former B&O Railroad after 33 years. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Walter Boring officiating. Interment, Kingwood IOOF Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, with Francis Brady supervising.
