  FAITH LYNN MAYHUGH
  
   Faith Lynn Mayhugh, 12-days-old, died August 29, 1978 in Children's
  Hospital, Pittsburgh. 
   She was born August 17, 1978 at Meyersdale Community Hospital, the
  daughter of Benjamin and Deborah (Hotchkiss) Mayhugh. 
   She is survived by her parents.
   Friends were received in private viewing services Friday, September
  1, at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury.
   Burial was held after the services Friday at the St. Paul Wilhelm
  Church Cemetery, Meyersdale RD 1, where graveside service was
  conducted.
