   Eva B. Mays, 78, of Rockwood, died Oct. 9, 1978, in Somerset
  Community Hospital. She was born May 16, 1900, in Somerset County, a
  daughter of Benton and Minerva Younkin. She is survived by two sons:
  Edgar H. of Slicksville [sic], Pa.,; and Blair E. of Markleton RD 1;
  one brother, Ross Younkin of Somerset RD 1; four grandchildren and
  two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother,
  Earl, and two sisters: Lulu Younkin and Elsie Kumer. She was a member
  of the Rockwood Senior Citizens. Friends will be received in the
  William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood. Wednesday, 4 to 9 p.m. where
  services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Clarence
  C. Moore officiating. Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
