Maze, Sr.,85, of Berlin, died Dec. 26, 1988, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born June 29, 1903, in Whitaker, son of Edward and Alice (Delbridge) Maze. Preceded in death by son, George Jr. Survived by: wife, Henrietta E. (Bredholt), Berlin; three daughters: Gloryia Mullen, Somerset; Sylvia Maze of Berlin; and Lyda Farrington of West Mifflin; one sister, Grace Morgan of Whitaker; and one brother, Alvin Maze of Whitaker; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was a retired electrician for National Tube. He was a life member of the Whitaker Volunteer Fire Department, the Berlin Fire Co, and the Berlin Ambulance Association, the Wills Grange of Somerset, F&AM Lodge #358, Somerset, and the Consistory of Pittsburgh. Friends will be received Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc. 3511 Main St., Munhall, Pa., where services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., with Lay Leader William Ringler officiating.
