  McCALL
  
    Betty A. McCall, 65, of Panama City, Fla., died Dec. 5, 1999, at
  Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born Feb. 18, 1934, in
  Confluence.  Preceded in death by parents, husband Arthur Fraser, and
  brother, Preston Boyd.  Survived by husband, Douglas McCall;
  daughters: Karen Higgenbottom and Kathy Black, and a son, Kent
  Fraser, all of Jacksonville, Fla.; 8 grandchildren; sisters: June
  Miloro, Delaware, and Eleanor Beachy, Fort Hill, and brother, Joseph
  Nicola, Indian Head.  Friends received from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at
  the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be held at
  10 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Harry Sherry officiating.  Interment
  Silbaugh Cemetery.
