MARY W. MCCAW

  Mrs. William Schaefer, Grantsville, received word recently that her cousin, 
Mrs. Mary Wegman McCaw, 82, had died in a hospital in Oswego, N.Y.
  Mrs. McCaw, daughter of Henry Wegman, was born in Grantsville.  She was a 
Garrett County school teacher and active worker in St. John's Reformed Church.  
She had many friends and relatives here and visited her sister, Mrs. Anna Wegman 
Lichty, before the latter passed on several years ago.  A brother, Charles 
Wegman, of Frostburg, also preceded her in death.  She is survived by one son 
and several grandchildren.
