  McCLINTOCK
  
    Barbara E. McClintock, 68, of Uniontown, died July 12, 1998 at
  Uniontown Hospital.  Born Feb. 10, 1930 at Kenlock, Fayette County, a
  daughter of the late John A. and Edna Mae (Tressler) Parnell.  In
  addition to parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers:
  Virgil and Edgar Samuel Parnell; and a sister, Estella Uphold. 
  Survived by four daughters: Karen Markel, Orlando, Fla.; Lou Ann
  Potter, Allentown; Charlene McClintock, address unknown; Tina Beggs,
  Inverness, Fla.; two sons: Nevin Markel, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and
  Bryan Bird, Carmichaels; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a
  brother, John A. Parnell Jr., Carmichaels and four sisters:  Alice
  Uphold and Elva Uphold Hare, both of Confluence; Lenora Bird,
  Connellsville; and Lenora Bird, Mississippi.  Also nieces and
  nephews.  No viewing.  A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Saturday at Grace Chapel United Methodist Church, Confluence RD 2
  with the Rev. Del Wasser officiating.  Interment, Baptist Cemetery,
  Confluence.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Grace Chapel
  United Methodist Church.  Arrangements by Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence.
